Your committee is fighting hard for the UL cause in Switzerland. An enormous amount of work surprised us just before Christmas 2023 because of two separate actions undertaken by your committee.

To sum up first:

Invitation to Federal Councillor Albert Rösti to explain our problems to the DETEC through National Councillor Matthias Jauslin, also President of the AéCS.
Drafting of a motion to the National Council for OPTOUT 600 in Switzerland.
The Federal Administrative Court of St. Gallen (TAF) rejected our appeal.
Study of the recitals of the TAF decision.
Drafting and filing of an appeal with the Federal Court in Lausanne.
Your Chairman (80) will retire at the next GM.

Please note that there is no suspensive effect, as there is for the appeal to the TAF.
If you opt for a PtF, we recommend that you enclose the legal reserve we have drawn up for you.

Ihr Komitee kämpft intensiv für die Sache von UL in der Schweiz. Kurz vor Weihnachten 2023 wurden wir von einer enormen Arbeit überrascht, die auf zwei verschiedene Aktionen Ihres Komitees zurückzuführen ist.

Kurze Zusammenfassung:

Einladung von Bundesrat Albert Rösti, unsere Probleme über Nationalrat Matthias Jauslin, der auch Präsident des AeCS ist, dem UVEK zu schildern.
Verfassen einer Motion zuhanden des Nationalrates für OPTOUT 600 in der Schweiz.
Das Bundesverwaltungsgericht in St. Gallen (BVGer) wies unsere Beschwerde ab.
Studium der Erwägungen der Entscheidung des TAF.
Verfassen und Einreichen einer Beschwerde beim Bundesgericht in Lausanne.
Ihr Präsident (80) wird bei der nächsten GV zurücktreten.

Beachten Sie, dass es keine aufschiebende Wirkung gibt, genau wie bei der Beschwerde an das BVGer.

Votre comité lutte intensément pour la cause des UL en Suisse. Un énorme travail nous a surpris juste avant Noël 2023 en raison de deux actions distinctes entreprise par votre comité.

En résumé tout d’abord :

Invitation du Conseiller Fédéral Albert Rösti à faire expliquer nos problèmes au DETEC par l’entremise du Conseiller National Matthias Jauslin, également Président de l’ AéCS.
Rédaction d’une motion à l’attention du Conseil National pour l’OPTOUT 600 en Suisse.
Le Tribunal Administratif Fédéral de St-Gall (TAF) a rejeté notre recours.
Etude des considérants de la décision du TAF.
Rédaction et dépôt d’un recours au Tribunal Fédéral de Lausanne.
Votre Président (80) se retirera à la prochaine AG.

A noter qu’il n’y a pas d’effet suspensif tout comme lors du recours au TAF
